BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENT POLICIES
All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Mats are available upon request for groups up to 15 people.
Payment is due upon booking
Cancellations made at least 1 week in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund
Rescheduling is available until 1 week prior to booked appointment. *exceptions made for illness, emergency, etc.

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned with the recommended solution between events.
If you are feeling unwell the day of your event, please contact us and we will work with you to reschedule
All instructors are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Despite being vaccinated, all instructors are happy to wear a mask during the event upon request.
For groups of minor participants, a designated guardian must remain present in the same room as the event for the duration of the event. If no guardian is present, the event will be cancelled without refund. Participating children must be aged 4+.
